Jayson Gitt
Director
Jayson Gitt is a Director at PMCF’s Denver office. He started in the investment banking industry in 2008 and joined PMCF in 2018. Jayson has experience advising buy and sell side M&A transactions, sourcing and structuring capital for debt and equity transactions, and corporate finance initiatives. He has experience in multiple markets, including software and technology, business services, industrial distribution, construction, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining PMCF, Jayson was a Vice President at EKS&H Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment banking firm, where he managed complex client portfolios, raised and managed private equity funds, and provided financial consulting and management. Jayson has a BS in finance from Southern Nazarene University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 7, 24, 66 and 79 registrations.
