Jake Steslicki
Vice President
Jake Steslicki is a Vice President with PMCF and is a member of the firm’s Consumer, Food, & Beverage team. He has nearly a decade of M&A investment banking experience advising clients on buy and sell side M&A advisory, shareholder recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, and the private placement of debt. He splits his time between the firm’s Chicago and Michigan offices.
Prior to joining PMCF, Jake worked as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He is currently on the board of an early-stage consumer tech company, providing strategic and financial guidance. Jake earned a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He also holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jake is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 82 and 63 registrations.
